Johnny's Pizza - What's Not To Like?
by Bard on 8/8/11
The staff is always friendly, the seating area is promptly cleaned (even during a rush), the food is great and you can earn a free lunchtime buffet :) If you haven't made the trip to it (Staring & Highland, next to Sammy's), you are doing your taste buds a disservice (my recommendation: the Pepperoni Plus pizza ;) )
As good as NorthLA.

Johnny's is a hometown staple for a North La. kid. They haven't missed a beat down here. It's good, it's affordable, and it's awesome.
Sweep the kitchen is spot on. Get the crust "crispy crunchy"

Johnny's is perfect... One topping party pizza for ten bucks with a great bread, sauce, cheese, and single topping is tough to beat. My favorite specialty pizza is the Hog Wild; it makes me feel like im eating an arkansas razorback... MMM
Great pizza, great service

This is a pizza place from north Louisiana that has opened one in Baton Rouge. The daily buffet is out of this world and includes an extensive salad bar, pizzas by request along with the regulars, breadsticks, cheesesticks, pizzerts and pasta.
The service is great. The pizza is great. And don't forget their famous cheese sauce for dipping. (Available on the buffet or by request for pick-up or delivery.)
