Another great meal

FMB does it again, my wife and I went for a Friday dinner and we were quickly seated and brought fresh crusty french bread and butter while we looked over the menu. She chose the bleu cheese wedge and grilled tuna with a side of creamed spinach. Salad was awesome, the tuna was served over pasta and a light butter sauce (generous portion of 2 steaks) cooked per order and plent enough to bring some home. The spinach was great as well, reminded me of the spinach madeline from River Roads cookbook. I got the sensation salad and the fish special. The sensation salad was not the traditional version and had crisp lettuce with a creamy dressing, it was okay but not what I really wanted. The fish special was pan seared triple tail on top of grilled eggplant, in a basil butter sauce topped with carmalized onions and 2 jumbo grilled shrimp and served with wasabi mashed potatoes topped with truffle oil. THe fish was perfect, overall a wonderful meal. FMB always has great fish specials and that is why I like them so much. Always fresh and unique, never catfish or talapia
