Had heard great things since moving to town. Took an old friend out and sat on the front sidewalk.
Started off with a Sazerac. Pretty good mix.
I ordered the Crêpe aux Ecrevisse. It was stuffed with a generous portion of crawfish. Sides were potatoes and grilled veggies. Dish was a large portion for the price and had me filled up a little too much.
Got the chocolate crepe for desert. Two crepes filled with chocolate and then covered with chocolate. Good, but my friend and I couldn't finish it as we were stuffed already.
Waitress was excellent. Water stayed filled and my sazerac never went empty.
Two bonus notes. One is there was a nice cat hanging out on the outside hostess table that kept us company through the meal without interfering. Second was as we were finishing up, Mitch Landrieu and his wife walked up to eat. Can't be too bad of a place is the mayor is a regular.
All in all, quality food and service for a borderline bargain price.

This neighborhood bistro in Uptown New Orleans is stylishly decorated for casual dining.
The quality of the food was very good. For starters, we especially liked the salad with tomatoes, walnuts, Roquefort cheese and vinaigrette dressing. From the crepe section of the menu, we enjoyed the Crêpe À La Crabe (fresh jumbo lump crabmeat in a Mornay sauce with creamed spinach) and Crêpe aux Crevettes (sautéed shrimp in lobster sauce).
The service was okay. More attention to the table setting could add to the service experience.
Crepe prices were less than $15 for generous serving sizes.
