No reason to go here.

I try to avoid large chain restaurants, for many reasons, but one night I went to Carrabba's because I had a gift certificate. I got the chicken parmesan because I've had it at every Italian restaurant in town worth mentioning and I felt it would be a good way to measure Carrabba's against other Italian restaurant in Baton Rouge. The chicken parmesan was bland and just plain bad but not inedible. My mother got the mezzaluna pasta and the waiter told her to add sun dried tomatoes because the dish wasn't very good as is, she should have gotten something else because she didn't even finish it. With great local Italian restaurants in Baton Rouge like Pinneta's, Di Gullio Brother's, The Little Village, Gino's, Monjunis, Ruffino's, and Nino's there is no reason to pay comperable prices for bland chain food at Carrabba's.
